The lipstick in this post is care of Givenchy Beauty. All opinions are my own.
I’ve always been in awe of the cutting-edge fashion house of Givenchy. This past summer I was able to try out their lip gloss for the first time.
I found out that their celebration of women and femininity extends far beyond their fashion designs and all over into their collections in beauty.
Their Gloss Interdit Vinyl is one of my favorites right now because it’s thick, but not at all tacky, long lasting, smells good, and comes in a super chic designer tube, which is always a plus!
I have the color N16 Noir Révélateur. It’s pH-reactive and starts out black in the bottle, but changes color by way of a booster so the result is different on every woman.
Magic in a bottle, right?! My natural lip color is enhanced to a berry hue that I love. With that said, you can imagine that I was thrilled to try out Givenchy’s newest line of innovative lipstick.
Are you mistletoe ready?
I am, I am— and you can be, too, with Givenchy Le Rouge Liquide.
This is no ordinary lipstick. It’s extraordinary, and nothing like any other lipstick I’ve ever had!
Sephora describes it as, “liquid lipstick encased in a twist up applicator with a convenient foam tip for precise application.”
With this new couture creation, you simply twist-up the pen-like applicator and the whipped creamy lip color is released onto the padded foam tip.
Delivering the most intense color application!
Check out how vibrant the red is that I’m wearing! (The color I’m wearing is: N°309 – L’Interdit – Seductive Vermilion.)
Always in favor of shine, I’m not usually a fan of matte lip color for myself.
The intensity and vibrancy of this lippie has changed my point of view. No gloss needed this time. This long-lasting, velvet finish holds its own!
This is no ordinary lipstick!
Givenchy’s Le Rouge Liquide is all good stuff.
It’s free of parabens and full of goodness and mercies like the coveted hyaluronic-acid and an exotic flower that produces Gatuline oil.
The infused hyaluronic-acid formula keeps the color from drying out on your lips, while the botanical extract diminishes fine age lines for fuller, un-creased lips.
You can retract the twist-up applicator for the perfect amount of color each time.
I should also remind you that this revolution in lip color was designed by a fashion house. The outer casing is black leather with silver studs.
A designer statement is made before you even put on your color! Very Givenchy.
Givenchy Le Rouge Liquide is available in 14 amazing matte-finish colors.
