Freedom In Change

There is so much FREEDOM in change and renewal! Although, sometimes our own thoughts can get in the way of our own progress. I shared a post this week HERE about feeding your mind, body & soul with positive thoughts, people and the ultimate reward, going to positive places! This mantra is so true and I proved it to myself again just a day ago when attempting to play “web designer” on my own site! The short of the story is that I broke the design (thankfully it was late at night so you probably didn’t notice! 🙂 I learned sooo much in the process and reaffirmed my trust in myself not to panic and to maintain poise under pressure. With level head, I called on the right people and was guided to a fix that was so much easier than I imagined. Most things are easier than we imagine. We just have to get out of our own way. By stepping out of my comfort zone I learned so much. Now I’m on my way in the right direction towards a new redesign! I can’t wait for you to see it, so stay tuned here!

In this post, I’m wearing this jersey not because I really care about the big game happening today. I care more about the BIG FOOD…uhm, please pass the buffalo chicken dip (recipe HERE)! I’m wearing this jersey because I understand and care about my freedom in mind, body and soul because that’s my Super Power!

I’ve been using ground turkey for years. I personally don’t like the taste of ground beef. Turkey will take the flavor of any seasoning you add and it is much lighter than beef. These meatballs look fantastic. Whenever I’m making spaghetti my guys always want meatballs. Pinning!
